The world, especially Europe takes a strong stance, and it's been proven true time and time again that USA is the least healthy, and intelligent of the Industrialized nations.

Now what does health have to do with intelligence? A lot. Health is basically the state of our body, and most of us Drink Coffee, take Pharmaceuticals that clog our livers and slow our minds, eat Fast Food that has no nutrients, and eat even cheaper non-whole foods.

Eating a Doughnut w/ Coffee at breakfast will temporarily lower your health, and constant use will clog your arteries. The type of sugar popular in the US is High Fructose Corn syrup, which despite popular belief contains no corn, rather corn's high starches are converted and processed into a completely unnatural product that's shown in studies to be a carcinogen, and it's in almost anything.

High Fructose Corn Syrup doesn't break down like regular sugars, so even if there is no fat in your diet, you'll get fat drinking Coke all day. The complex structure of HFCS (High Fructose Corn Syrup) means that your body won't break it down into energy. You're also probably not taking the nutrients and enzymes from whole foods that help break sugars and fat down into energy. So, we use the energy for just enough to get by the day. Then we come home and eat a pre-made Stouffers dinner. Which is also processed.

All this has to do with basic health. One thing is the lack of blood flow from low physical activity and eating artery clogging foods. So if you're blood flow is low the oxygen in your blood is lessened, which is crucial for good brain activity, on all levels. So as we get unhealthy our minds because dumber. Forget the Public School system, forget the false teaching, forget TV, food is the biggest culprit to American's bad health and low intelligence. Alcohol is also a big contributor. It's proven that even after 3-4 beers, a person's brain activity will not resume to "normal" for approx. 3-5 days after drinking. This is why frat dudes are so dumb. Besides, the fact that 80% of Americans drink on a weekly basis would fit perfectly into my idea that Americans aren't dumb by default, but the lifestyles we live. Stuffing poisons down our body day after day, takes it toll. On your body, and mind.

This is why we don't protest, we don't have the energy. In the 1960s people didn't know what Enriched food meant, (it means everything good like Vitamins, Nutrients are taken out and replaced with cheaper forms of nutrients if any at all) and they didn't get cancer like we do today...So they had more inquisitive brains, might have been more ignorant to today's standards, but on their standards, we are certainly much more ignorant today. Yet millions got up and protested Civil Rights and a useless War. In France, a place known for it's food, they do not eat processed foods, and they're one of the most rowdy and protesting nations in the world. They speak out against their government like it's just another Tuesday. And it works for them, they get 5 weeks paid vaca for ALL EMPLOYEES, it's a law. If you work 5 hours per week, you're entitled to almost full pay for 5 weeks of vacation. They also never work over 40 hours as they see that as bad and unhealthy for your mind, body, social life, and family. You might say, wow they must not get shit done, but in fact they have a higher rate of production than the US...hmm. No wonder our Government speaks so low of France, they don't want us to do what they do.

The only form on critical thinking in this country is tv, and movies. No one reads anymore, except text messages.

Almost everything we eat is a carcinogen, and low in REAL Vitamin D which is the anti-cancer vitamin. Even whole foods are packed with pesticides, herbicides, and synthetic fertilizers. The chicken's used @ KFC are genetically modified to be large in size, and low in nutrients. As if the constant freezing, instant heating, and frying didn't kill off the remaining nutrients.

See the whole idea is a mind-body connection. Keep your mind healthy and you'll keep a healthy body by will, if you keep a healthy body you're helping blood flow and contributing to good health and brain activity. It's a 2-way street, and each affects the other. When we're sick it's likely from stress.

So when we watch TV shows that have no educational value whatsoever, look at ads until we are literally nauseous, and eat non-nutritional foods. It sucks. And we have little choice. Our supermarkets sell processed foods, whole foods are getting pricier.

Eat well, question everything, and don't eat fast food. It's addictive, and that's all there is to it. I used to eat it all the time, I found it difficult to stop, a mixture of addictive foods, and marketing, a deadly mix. I quickly gained almost 40 pounds in just 2 months working at a McDonalds as a 16 year old, and I have the metabolism of a 5 week old puppy...I was dumber, I made dumb decisions, I didn't eat other foods, and don't be fooled by getting Lettuce and Tomatoes, not only are they generally low in nutrients anyways, but the variety that Fast Food Comps use is genetically modified, which lessens the already low nutrients. Once I stopped eating any fast food, I not only didn't eat it but I didn't want it. I never want it, even when I'm stoned off my ass and that's all there is. Well maybe then, but still.

Motorcycles and Why they Kick Ass. 50th POST!

This is officially my 50th blog post. Although 1/2 of them probably never saw the light of a computer monitor...

Anyways anniversaries are overrated, and this is supposed to be about motorcycles, which up until 3 words ago I didn't even mention.

Motorcycles kick ass. Whether it be a 2009 Harley 883 Sportster, a Yamaha R1, Honda Shadow Rebel, 1969 Triumph, Ducati 900SS or 900 Monster, or even the simple but powerful Jap V-Twins of the 1980s.

I own and ride a motorcycle. In fact I would say I've ridden it 9/10 nice days we've had, which this summer hasn't been that common. I have a Honda Shadow VT750C. Nice V-Twin with a driveshaft for less maintenance. It's quick of course.

Any fucking ways, I'm trying to explain why motorcycles kick ass. Here is a list of reasons why, and Pros and Cons vs Cars.

Gas Mileage, an important issue these days.

-Bike that does a 10s 1/4m, has a 900CC engine, will probably get depending on the bike between 50-75 miles per gallon if ridden correctly. My bike, which is older still gets no less than 45mpg when I ride it hard, and 65mpg when ridden easy. But it still beats a brand new Shelby GT-500 in the 1/4m, and I have done that. I almost beat a new ZO6 Vette up to about 95 but he flew by that last second. I did however happen to fuck up shifting into 5th, and it's a 6-speed...

-Car, for instance lets find a 10s 1/4m Car that gets even 30mpg....looking, looking, ZIP! Even a Hybrid, the best of which do not get half the mileage of most bikes. Average Hybrid CAR not SUV gets 35-40mpg Highway. They are not fast...

However if we compare the Super Car, Lamborghini Gallardo Supperleggera, which gets probably 15mpg on the highway to an R1 which probably gets about 55mpg on the highway, and costs 10,000 next to $250,000 for the Supperleggera.

-Cost

Although bikes can't be ridden safely or comfortably in the rain, winter or cold you can't use them all the time. The higher end bikes like R1s cost about 1/2 of a normal car, like a Camry. But is much more fun while you are riding the R1 than any Camry is...

-Performance
a. Straight Line Acceleration. Bikes, low drag, high power to weight ratio not seen in cars, and weighs nothing.

b. Handling, sorry I have to give it to cars. Even the best bikes and riders have to swerve their body to turn or move the bike, and that is limited by your body hitting the pavement...so handling in most conditions (except in and out weaving in a straight) goes to the cars...

c. Top Speed- This is dead even. Although Cars have more capability to stick to the road, with Downforce and lift being carefully calculated in cars like Bugatti and McLaren, both of which go over 220MPH. High powered bikes like turbo 1000cc Hyabusa can reach 200mph+, but it's VERY unsafe and the slightest mistake can kill you. But since normal roads aren't meant for high speeds, I give it to the bike.

d. Braking, with the exception of a few bike Makes like Ducati, most cars stop QUICKER than bikes. Why this is I don't know, my only guess is it's intentional so the rider doesn't fly off the bike when they have to slam the brakes, even if done correctly, but I know it's true for most bikes they stop well over 120ft @ 60-0mph. Sadly, and many times it's dangerous in bikes when a car stops quick.

Safety-

Although Cars are steel surrounded, ABS brakes, Airbags and much safer, the fun factor of a bike far outweighs the danger, and that's why people ride. Besides, most bike accidents are actually not the fault of the biker, usually it's the lack of attention from car drivers.

There are many factors, cars have radios, only cruiser bikes do, and no need for AC in bikes, and all that good stuff.

So, all in all I say get the bike, and use it. Have cars for when you need them. For your dollar you won't feel any bigger rush than flying with the flick of your wrist and the snap of the shifter...It takes some time to learn, for me about 3 months until I felt totally 100% confident that I've learned all I need and wanted to. Although I'm lacking certain fear parts of the brain, so I rode the first day I bought it...

Cheech & Chong 2009 Light Up America Tour, Asbury Park NJ

I SMOKED A FAT ASS doobie with some cool peoples, right there 10 rows back from the stage. PERFECT VIEW!!! And the show was GREAT! they haven't lost a beat, they are still just as good as 1975, with a little extra pazazz. LOTS of cops at the show hiding behind curtains and things, it was funny cause the whole place stinked! It was awesome. A total mix of people, like taking 1700 people (full plus 35+ staff) randomly off the street, but tickets were nearly sold out weeks in advance. Lots of older hippies, some bikers, some straight up old school stoners, but mostly groups of people in their late 40's early 50's chilling. But again, like I said a mix of all people. Maybe 1/6th 18-21yo, 1/3 older "Conservative looking" folks, and the rest was a mix of greeks, geeks, and freaks.

The aroma of pot filled the air the entire show, this plain clothes officer was running around like a madman, I'm glad to say no one seems to have been busted.

Tommy's Wife, Shelby Chong started the show, about a 1/2 hour of her sexy cougar ass walking the stage making jokes about all sorts of things, it was pretty funny. I gotta say Tommy Chong is a lucky dude. She did a lot of amping up for the crowd, getting boos for Tommy going to jail, and Yeys for his getting out. A good amount of Anti-Bush jokes, especially since he put her husband behind bars for 9 months. Chong of all the people. It just made the cause stronger for us!!! She also announced how well the tour was going and that they're working on a new movie!!! It's gunna be awesome! My hat off to her, and a decent stiffy in my pants for Shelby Chong, that sexy Canadian Cougar Chica. She even pumped up the crowd to yell out bitch towards PMSing women....

Then instantly, with no hesitation Cheech comes out in the Odelay outfit, yellow shirt red suspenders, and beanie. They did the bit from Up in Smoke, it was GREAT! Crowd went nuts most of the show, and for every line they had. No comedic duo can match what they did, and how they entertained and pushed a lot of people into a better world. They are AWESOME dudes, pointing out stuff in the audience, and it was really heart felt. They did Lets Make a Dope Deal, The Dogs, The Old Man and the Ese Mexicano bit, and every bit you can think of. I've been to concerts that were way less amped. Not to mention they played ALL their good songs, Earache My Eye, Up in Smoke, Mexican Americans/Beaners(revised) and a few more for good measure. A few songs here are there...

For any of you people here who think Cheech might be "off his game" or is a traitor, or something like that. WELL I have this to say for you, they were going to make the movie, CHEECH HAS PLENTY OF GOOD MONEY!!! And Chong ended up in jail for the bongs. (Their advice for Bong Makers, Don't put a picture of your face and name on the bong) It was then Cheech put everying aside, and went to the aide of his old buddy and he was high as shit, you can just tell. He probably figures fuck it, he accomplished movies, TV, and all that clean entertainment, and more regular shit, but I think he just wants to party and who better to chill with than one cool guy.

2 Hours of straight non-stop comedy, pumped up toking sessions, all at a place Designed by the Architects who did Grand Central Station. You can totally tell. GREAT Acoustics, even though Cheech's guitar was having connection issues at first you could still hear him strumming away.

I can't describe how great of a show it was, and how fucking awesome it feels to be that close and know they looked at me when I yelled something out in a short silence, and they pointed out to me a bit. It was awesome. I'm still at a lack of words.

Obama Vs. Mcain, the Last 12 Days Before Election

Many people don't seem to understand the Collegiate system. It's complicated, and unnecessary. It's only there so Delegates and "Super" Delegates get to choose over the people who they'd like as the party's Candidate through many "screening processes" such as the Primaries and even filters people based on other unpublicized agendas for the party. So let's break it down really quick.

The Collegiate system works as each state has a certain amount of points based on their population and roughly how many Congressional Districts. Such as NY has roughly 21 million population, BUT 29 Congressional Districts, BUT it has 31 Electoral Collegiate Votes.

The Collegiate system trickles down to a local level. If you win 51% of votes in Counties 1, 2 and 3 which are in Region 1, you'll win ALL the Collegiate Votes for that Region. If you win the majority of the Voting Points for that State, you'll win ALL the Collegiate votes from that state. Which ranges from 3 (ND, Wyoming, Alaska, etc) - 55 (California.) You need 270 to win the US Presidential Election. So yeah, it's a system built for those in power to choose who they want in, and to make sure they continue living as a public official. It's a system that takes the idea of Democracy and throws it right out the window.

This same idea goes into the Primaries, EXCEPT Super-Delegates (former Party Officials, Senators, Congressmen, and even Ex-Presidents.) These individual people have the power equivalent to tens of thousands of votes. And there are many dozens, if not 100+ Delegates and Super Delegates per state. And you don't need all the people to vote one way, you just need 1% over, which is enough.

So now you understand the value of the Electoral Collegiate Voting System and how it works you can better understand one of the most important Elections of our generation. And yeah, The Collegiate System is total bullshit like you think it is. In 2000 it ruined Al Gore because the people who had the power to recall votes, and stop recounts in Florida were for Bush.

Obama has a Predicted lead that is climbing everyday, Considering a +10% advantage in certain states, and obviouslly Democratic (guaranteed win, NY, CA, NJ, Most of New England) or Republican (guaranteed loss, Alabama, Georgia, Utah, etc)

There are a few States Obama's popularity is only Leaning, which means a 6-10% Polling advantage, and have voted both ways MANY times. But all pollers have put a 10% Percentage Points "Race -/+" because they feel about 10% just won't vote at all when the time comes because he is black. They could be totally wrong and he loses by more then 10%, and they could be partly right and he wins 30%+ in all "leaning states" such as Pennsylvania, NH, Minnesota, Michigan.

Now, you've looked at the map. Understand how BIG of an advantage Obama has. According to NPR's sources, it's a 110 Point lead, McCain with 163, Obama with 273. If that was the election, Obama would have won.

It's actually possible for either of them NOT to get 270, but it's VERY unlikely, in that case I believe an extra vote is cast by Congress, I'm not sure. It's never happened that I'm aware of in the history of the US.

Now Obama has this big lead, he's getting about 1/10th the media time McCain and Palin have been the last week or so, but he keeps climbing in the polls substantially.

I'm NOT an Obama supporter, however I am against the Conservative Agenda of Tax-Breaks for the top 5% richest (who have 90% of Country's wealth.) The Power's that be have completely changed McCain, who has otherwise, except the past 5 years, has been more of an independent his whole public career. He is for this War, and will Continue to keep the same Agenda Bush has kept our country on for 8 years. And fuck it, let the world know we can have a black President, we're not as bad as people make us out to be.

So Vote Obama, not because he's great. In these eye's opinion he's good enough, but he is obviouslly intelligent, and I believe he will do a lot better then his critics claim. And fuck it, let the world know we can have a (1/2) black President, we're not as bad as people make us out to be.

As I sit and read the Blog's I've muttered onto the screen over the almost 2 years. I have had many different articles, from the emotionally venting, to the completely absurd.

This blog has been finished for a while. I don't need it anymore, and I have a more appropriate and meaningful project for my writing. A new Online Magazine in the form of a Web-Blog.

Everything from sourced news articles, editorials, and interviews, to the more popular, jokes, ramblings, editorials (yeah twice), music and movie reviews, art displays, and in the future Live Scetches, and animation too. And we're currently working on an interview with a group of Amatuer porn stars.

It's an open venue for anyone to open their mind. In whatever way they choose to do so, and if you copy it on paper. Then great. No one reads magazines anymore, so why not take the next step and become the first online Magazine for 20-somethings. If not the first ever ONLY Web based magazine and blog.

So I hope you all will view it. Soon I will use this blog as a big link for the Magazine. Editorials and articles, and most contributions will be made by me and Weckeman Stephens, a newly discovered up and comer on the Web-Mag scene. Sarah Palin sure had a mouthful to spit out during the RNC. She wouldn't shut up about how unimportant our Bill of Rights are, and more right wing, neo-conservative crap.

They focus on her kid's upcoming kid, trying to gain celebrity status and cloud her past decisions and clear inability to run...well anything. Which in just less than 2 years she's apparently managed to get Alaska in to a financial problem, and worked several scandalous issues into the office. Such as the firing of an Alaskan State Trooper who wouldn't hire her son in-law.

Nice restraint of power there, cause we all know abuse of power always works for the good of the Nation... ----Sarcasm

She sure is an attractive woman. Not attractive enough for me to ever vote for John McCain, but still I'd take that Ex-Mayor of a 5000 person town and make her pass my agenda until the Sun goes down (get it, that's like 6 months in Alaska....that's a loooong time to have sex.)

So ANYWAYS, back to the point. So we had this woman speaking at the RNC, and all I can say is....What? Nothing but the same rhetoric that scares and enslaves the minds of the American people into believing the whole bullshit idea that Brown people are going to kill your children in your suburban homes while you're sleeping. Otherwise, it's been almost 10 days we know about the Republican's VP pick, and not one single interview to speak of, not even with the fully slanted Fox News, or worse yet on Hannity's show.

So lets put this all together, The republicans pick an attractive, governor of the least populous state in the nation (with under 3.7% blacks), to speak a bunch of crap, show that she loves to preach against birth control, sex ed, free condoms, and pro-choice ideals. Shows how that works great, maybe if that kid that knocked up her daughter was wearing a condom, or she was on birth control MAYBE she wouldn't be a pregnant teen. Have fun trying to get VP mom, or pissed off First Man (Palin's Husband, no idea what his name is, probably something like Dave) to pay attention to that baby assuming they get elected. Wow, the republican party has decided to exploit another life for their own good. Old White Men are so great!!! God I love them!!

I just wanna squeeze their wrinkled old asses, then slap Sarah Palin's head in there and sell it on PPV for 29.99 a pop.

Why America is failing?

We live in a society where our Politicians bureaucratize our government. Now this is good for businesses involved with special interest, and those with influence, but over all it takes away from the common man. The idea of Free Markets and Democracy does not assert government involvement in your life, but instead the freedom to do what you will with your property, business, and/or life. The bureaucratic process only deviates Free markets, and the mixture of governmental bureaucracy places a society to become communist.

If you take the idea of the constitution, which is an idea of liberty, free markets, democracy and freedom. The 10th Amendment of the constitution states "Enumerated rights and restrictions to the states" That is the idea of a republic, where the federal government's purpose is not to enforce the law, or even create it, but simply to sustain a sense of nationalism, which economically and socially is good. But our free markets should allow for all jobs that government holds, for instance the DEA. An agency that frequently gets involved with cases outside of federal jurisdiction, is technically against the contitution. They work off of laws created to bring offical Legal status of Illicit Psychoactive drugs, such as marijuana, LSD, to Vicodin, Morphine, and even Psylocybin (Magic) Mushrooms, when the 10th Amendment clearly states that all rights not granted by the constitution shall be decided by the states, but federal mandates require states to fund programs, and take your tax money, when it should be the other way around.

The federal government is supposed to be designed for governing, and dealing with major issues within our government, and society. The 3 branches are balanced to create a balance of power, and to keep things running smoothly. Bureaucracy within federal government, or the mandates of which brought upon state govt. breaks the principle of both the 10th amendment, but the entire constitution.

The consequences for this have led to legislation being the only answer to problems, we leave our major issues in the hands of crowd pleasing politicians, who are in the business of gaining power, through popularity. It's ridiculous.

Our federal government should be there to conserve the resources of our government, not spend them. They should be ensuring the rights of the constitution are granted to all people of the United States, instead of forcing a socialist process of government control over our lives, and saying what we can't do (legislation, laws, federal programs like Medicaid and Welfare) as opposed to the constitutionalist idea of freedom, where you as a citizen decides what to do with your land, money, body, and life, and the government deals with other government over tariffs and doesn't deal with controlling our money, and lives.

First Blog of the Year!

To the vast abundance of people reading this I wish you all a belated Happy New Year! 2008 will surely not be as odd as 2007, but what can you do. I've been doing this blog for a little over a year now, and I would like to say how little it means to me to type here when I find myself bored and too lazy to clean my pad.

For those into politics, as you know Hilary and McCain "won" the NH Primary, and Obama and Huckabee pulled the first Caucus in Iowa. What does this mean? Media sophisticates and political election statisticians will tell you how important these are, but they aren't. Not everyone votes for these things. The candidates are all just Politicians, not what we need. We have a world of problems to deal with once Dickhead Chaney and George W "Hasn't seen enough" Bush are forced out. Although it does seem odd that in May of last year a bill was slipped through Congress and signed by Bush to allow full executive power to a President during an ill defined "crisis" and remain President for an indefinite time despite the fact someone else was voted in. Would it surprise any of you if push pulled this one out of his back pocket.

I am unsure of the schedule (my guess is 12pm EST), but find out and view. It will be better than having sex in a Macy's bathroom stall, trust me I've done it, and I blew my load on the floor. Yes it's true I did it, many many moons ago, with a girl whose name will remain anonymous. But we didn't see each other for 2 weeks, and we had no "alone time" but we we're able to squeeze out a quickie in the Macy's Lady Dressing room of a popular mall, during a busy time of year. There was some dumb lady talking to some other dumb biddy in the next stall over. When I was "finishing" I pulled out and decided I'd leave a surprise for the next patron. Yes thats right, I left 2 dollars, some lint and 4 1/2 pieces of peppermint hard candy. Okay, you caught me, I really left my jizz all over the floor, and believe me it was a Peter North-esque, zinc and protein fueled ejaculate. I was very proud of myself. As we left, the bitch who ran the place (who didn't see us walking in) said "next time no guys in the stalls!" and I couldn't help but laugh. Cause there was 3-50 Million potential boys on the floor.

Critical Thinking

In today's society of self-imposed totalitarianism implemented by use of fear and feeding off of people's patriotic bullshit cheers; we must learn to think for ourselves. If we don't politicians and lawmakers will tell us what to feel and use our legislature for big business and special interests. We as a society have let this happen, despite the large number of people who are against such acts.

We voted in men and women no less evil than anyone they speak against. They use our hard earned tax dollars for defense spending which ultimately means big defense contracts for United Defense, other defense companies, and the big petro companies to feed the tanks and trucks and make billions. Not to mention all the people who die on both sides of the war for such causes. Just as the Iraq War has done, even the Afghanistan invasion was motivated by big business. An oil pipeline was built by Haliburton taking oil from the Caspian Sea to the Orient. Basically meaning American businessmen have the money from that, and not Middle Eastern oil. But that's no good since these companies get HUGE tax breaks and even want to operate in the middle east where taxes are lower. While they try to get the layman to shout against trivial problems like immigration. Which was never a problem when all the white people were coming here. This is an example of the media which is predominately owned by a very small number large corporations who spread the news they want you to hear.

To prove my point that the media does NOT want you to know what's really going on at home or abroad I will give an example. How many of you know Barrack Obama, or Fred Thompson. Yes I'm sure you all know them. But how many of you know Ron Paul? Ron Paul has broken Campaign financing records, and is extremely popular and the fastest growing candidate. Why haven't you heard of him? Because he promotes a policy that will lower taxes, promote more competition in the market place (bad for big business.) He also wants to eliminate the government's recent growth in power and socialist policies. He was one of the few congressman to vote against the Patriot Act (which only really helps cops bust drug dealers and have fun with their "spy toys" and gadgets.)

This man is bad for the people in power. He will bring America back. Right now the federal government has more power than ever over the citizens. They own us, and they out taxes on the idea. They give us back what they see fit, and we get whatever is left. Not the other way around as it should be. They also can take you without any evidence or reason lock you away in a secret prison with no rights, no Habeas Corpus, no charges, no "speedy trial" for an indefinite period of time. Something totalitarian governments do, not democracies.

Government services are bad and lead to socialism which always fails. But true democracy says the people know what's best, not the government and believe me, it's so very true. Politicans are "greeters" and "people person's" and not the type of people you want figuring out how to improve poverty, etc. These are matters best left to private minds.

In a system where half the people don't vote because they feel their vote is pointless, it leaves the people in power in the place they want to be, in power. But they help to push the idea that voting doesn't work. The system as it is does that. The 2 partied system also pushes this idea, as well as perfectly sets up the governement for corruption. To get people on your side you simply have to pay the right people the right amount, in 'campaign contributions' which can pretty much be spent in most any way you can think of. So you would pay off a democratic party leader, and a few "swing votes" and do the same for the republicans and you get the legislation that you want out there. Too bad I'm not rich.

But this begs the question, with all that bullshit going on, how can we think for ourselves? Well it's pretty easy. Just take away all the bullshit the media tells you. Believe half of it, and think how could someone benefit from this. Most likely you'll think correctly. If we do not think for ourselves and let the government continue it's horrible policies we will let the power slip away from us even further and we have no one to protect us.

Okay this election seems to be an important one. For nearly 8 years Bush and his cronies turned this country into a broke, imperialist, oppressive, pile of shit. They havee turned record surpluses into massive deficits. Smashed a great economy to the point where we're on the verge of a depression. There is already a on/off recession and huge credit problem. Our civil liberties have been stripped away like the clothes off of a whore under the patronage of a methed out john. Gasoline has risen over $1.75, leaving record profits for Bush's buddies in the oil industry. The racist and criminal response to Katrina. Corruption of the Congress and Senate by Special Interest Groups. Also, those little (expensive) things known as the war in Iraq and Afghanistan.

So Bush has left the next president with quite a load on their hands. I'm not here to review the candidates, one by one. But I do feel it's important to expose some interesting information about the popular candidates. Also to give my feelings on certain candidates that I see as problematic.

First the lady in the lead. Hillary Clinton. What do most people know about Hillary. Well the obvious, she is Bill Clinton's wife. Secondly, she is the first woman presidential candidate that stands a very good chance. But she hasn't been a politician long, she has been the NY Senator for 7 years. Not very long when you consider the experience nearly all candidates in both parties have. She totally went against the publicly repeated statements to immediately get withdrawal of troops from Iraq, when in fact 2007 had more troops than any other year over in Iraq. So why is she so popular?

The answer to that is so simple it's ridiculous. Her popularity and association with the name Clinton helps a lot. He was a popular president and rightfully so. Although her policies and voting records show a totally different political spectrum for Hilary than her husband. Also people in this country are looking for a change. A person that can appear to be different in all ways than Bush. And hmmmm....well lets see. She's a woman. Women are seen as more compassionate and emotional. Which is what voters are looking for. The bulk of people don't know that, people are too busy to read about politics, at least the ones that vote seem to be. So they just see the obvious.

So right there you got a 1-2 punch. Clinton name and a seemingly different than Bush. She is really just you everyday average corrupt politician. Swinging to special interest, and probably a closet lesbo due to her pent up anger over the fact that her husband fucks everything with a vagina....except Hilary.

So what about #2, Guliani. All I have to say is, yeah he may be a smooth talker, but he is just as fucked up as Bush and will continue the neo-conservative geopolitical agenda. But he just simply seems "nice" because of his more (than avg republican) socially liberal policies. Hell I honestly believe if this guy gets elected, the Bible is right and he is the Antichrist. But I don't think he'll get elected.

What about Barrack. Obama man. First off his name and skin color will just simply turn away all the typically republican states. A vast portion of this country is still very racist, and I don't think s black president is possible. Although he is a smart guy, and definitely capable of being a president, but he's black. I'm not racist at all, well that's not true I despise the Inuits. Damn you Inuits, how dare you steal my beer pong table. Those crazy partiers. But I digress. Because I said "First off" I will reiterate my point of Barrack not being able to become president by saying his name is Obama.....Obama...Osama....Obama....Osama. If you had the right kind of hearing loss you wouldn't even hear the difference.

Anyways fuck everyone one else. Fred Thompson, Law and Order man. Ha.

Anyways I pick Ron Paul. He has the experience and a record that shows he hasn't fallen to the temptations of Washington after 30 years of a US Congress seat, and was one of the only people in congress to vote against the patriot act, the first time. Today we look back on our history and see the blunders and successes of the world's great military leaders. But we forget about the battles which involve those greater than us, the ultimate battle of good and evil. Yes, I am talking about Moses and the Dinobots. The Great Moses-Dinobot war of 1587 shaped all civilization as we know it. This will guide you through one of the greatest battles in the history of the cosmos.

It started at a friendly get together Garden Party among the greats of the universe, attending were the likes of Buddha, Jesus, Winston Churchill Socrates, Moses, The Dinobots, Rodney Dangerfield, and Led Zeppelin was the entertainment. This seemingly lovely evening turned violent when Jesus and Moses overheard the Dinobots calling Jews money hungry, horned, desert dwellers. Jesus was infuriated but could do nothing because he's a skinny little bitch. Moses on the other hand is well trained in the art of Jujitsu, and helped Neapolitan personally conquer Europe with nothing but a pick axe and his mitts.

Moses knew he could do nothing at the party because Churchill was such a good speaker and would talk them out of fighting. So Moses knew his Jew cunning would have to lead him to war. While the Dinobots were hiding in a cave waiting for what historians believe was a Pizza delivery, Moses grabbed the 10 Commandments and smacked those bitch ass Dinobots exactly on the heads with the Commandment that says "Love thy neighbor." God also helped and struck a lighting bolt at the Dinobots and the Dinobots Photon Reacton guns didn't work after that. The Dino Bots and Moses along with a lighting bolt from god and some sandals thrown by Jesus every once in a while, battled for weeks. Those weeks turned into months, and than after it was all said and done The Grand Canyon was formed. It was nuts.

Today Dinobots and Moses share their posh Loft in Soho. Jesus stops by to raid their fridge and smoke their pot.

When George W. Bush first started this war he gave us several reasons, which never happened. The first was the WMD's supposedly spread all over Saddam's Kingdom. There wasn't any. THEN it was the link between Al-Queda and Saddam, that never exsisted. And because George Bush is a nice and giving man, he vowed to Free the Iraqi people from the stanglehold of Saddam, well that didn't happen either, if anything happened, we made it worse. He even declared Mission Accomplished, while playing dress-up on an Aircraft Carrier. But as we all know, we just have a mess over there, and strong violence.

But why? Profiteering. Sounds ridiculous to say that ALL and by all I mean ALL of the companies involved in "reconstruction" and "services" have Executive members with direct ties to the Bush Administration, and other hierarchy of the Neo-Cons. In fact, this is the first time in US History we have hired Food Services for the military, especially while at war.

Military service jobs, mechanics, cooks, servers, even driving were all once cheap ways of providing our military with good service with it's own men and women, and it worked fine. But we now use a Halliburton subsidiary to feed our troops, which has cost a ridiculous amounts of billions of dollars, and provided according to the soliders "terrible service" and has even attributed to troop deaths, due to three-1 hour feeding schedules, and bad, diseased, or rotten foods.

This profiteering continues through out the board. Nearly every service job has been taken over by 3rd party companies, and given away with no-bid contracts. This has cost you, me and the taxpayers BILLIONS. The idea here is to suck all the money out of the US treasury and abroad and give it to these rich bastards who own these companies making money in Iraq. Can we expect any less from a President who is the grandson of a big accountant Nazi Party, and personal accountant for Hitler. This is where the Bush fortune comes from, Nazi money. Bush is such a German name it'd ridiculous.

Now according to Bush, things are supposedly "working" in Iraq, which is bullshit, but anyways we will invade Iran by the end of Bush's Presidency, not for justice, not for WMD's, but for more money that we don't have to be given to these large companies making Billions off you and me, and not even paying them back in taxes and bidding contract fees.

Basically, we're all fucked. America is not the first democratic empire to fall. The Greeks invented Democracy and provided a model for the founding fathers for America. If we try to expand we will not succeed and could possibly be setting ourselves up for a Chinese economic takeover, or maybe physical invasion. Remember people we still live in the country where Little boys get preyed upon by priests and doctors...and the murder and imprisonment rate are the highest in the world. Based on that alone, everything i've said is very possible. We need to rally to our leaders, and stop Special Interest funding and Campaign donations from lobbyists to our politicians. If you do nothing, consider yourself responsible for the turmoil you, all Americans, and the bulk of the world will feel after Bush and his cronies are finished with it, which will be when it's bankrupt.

Abu Ghraib Documentary

Last night I was watching TV, flipping through nothingness, when I come upon an HBO Documentary about the Abu Ghraib Prison and the absolutely horrible things that went on there.

I'm sure you know about this, it was all over every news outlet not too long ago. But how did this come about, the picutres alone of the detainees being handcuffed, most of the time naked, with panties over their heads etc, would make you think it was some rowdy MP guards, probably fresh from Boot Camp. Well as this documentary will tell you, that is totally wrong. Yes the Guards and Interrogated at Abu Ghraib may have perpetrated these acts, but it's a major Policy Fuck UP on with direct partaking by senior Defense Department Officials, including but not limited to Donald Rumsfeld and other senior Defense and Military Officials.

These acts were condoned by our government, on a regular basis to nearly all high level detainees at Abu Ghraib. These tactics in fighting a war, no matter what the purpose are denounced and illegal by order of the Geneva Convention.

Detainees were subject to physical torture, but mostly psychological torture, using sexual humiliation, degradation on all levels, keeping them awake for days with loud music and water being splashed on their bodies if they happen to fall asleep, etc. And unlike physical torture the scar from psychological torture can be and usually much worse and stays evident for a long time.

These tactics for torture in conjunction with interrogation was directly brought over from the once head of Guantanamo Bay Detention Centers for high level terror suspects, (which aren't allowed visits from even their lawyers) General Miller. He was known to be a strong supporter of torture, and obviously must either be a very idealistic or very sick man. He was brought over to Abu Ghraib from Gitmo to help out the the lack of information coming from the detainees.

To understand that most of the people being tortured were not associated with terrorism in Iraq, but the military felt it was nessisary to torture all to ensure they got every lick and cranny of information. When you give the authority to give one power to dominate another persons life,
that power becomes addicting, anyone who has taken Psych 1 in any college will know the results of a series of studies done in the late 60s and early 70s that concluded that corruption was brought on by the position, not by the man, it was only human nature to do such things, and this is why we have the Geneva Convention's rules of war.

What is the blues? Well most of us consider the blues to be sadness, melon collie, or depression. But there is a scale in musical notation which happens to fit right there with being sad. It's my favorite type of music, and I find it very soothing to listen to and very therapeutic to play.

The blues scale is fairly easy to master, and perform. But the thing with blues is you are limited to only a certain amount of notes, and you have to make the best of it. Not easy at all, and only soul can be put into it, not musical knowledge to make true blues. The shit that makes your spine tingle and puts goosebumps down your arms and legs.

What makes blues so soothing? Well partially it has to do with the fact that you're not alone in your suffering. Thats a common quick cure for any sickness, knowing your not the only one.

To understand this, you have to look at the best Blues guitarists and singers ever. Muddy Waters and BB King are my favorites, and one of my favorite songs is Sweet Sixteen, great fucking song! Download it now or you suck, and you obviously have no musical taste what so ever.

To understand the blues, you gotta have had the blues. Now you might like something a little more flavorful like Marvin Gaye, the blues is there too. "

The blues is unlike any other type of music because it's delivered straight from the heart, as opposed to typical musical method, and thats why I love it.

Is it a surprise that after 4 years in Iraq we're still being lied to?! We were lied into this war, we are being lied to concerning the reason we're still here. Our soliders are being lied to, the people dying for profits. Simply put they are told they are defending freedom when they are perpetrating tyranny in Iraq.

What are the goals of the Bush Administration? Money, power, imperialism, expansion of the American empire. Although no one can know for sure what the war mongers of our government are thinking, we can certainly look at the past and odd circumstances and see what might be the true reason.

First, No-Bid contracts were given to former employers of Chaney, Rumsfeld and other administration cronies, such as Haliburton and United Defense. Normally the process would be a lowest bid offer, just like most business of a contractual nature are performed. Haliburton also was the primary construction company used for the building on the Caspian Sea pipeline. A pipeline built on Afghan land shortly after control of the country was seized by American forces.

In today's world it seems as though many people need to take medicine just to live. Advertising for such drugs are seen in every single media outlet. I saw one for a "disease" known as Restless Leg Syndrome. Yeah, I never heard of it either. Well apparently its a pins and needles feeling in your leg. Amends Public Health Law Article 33 by adding a new Title V-A,
Medical Use of Marihuana.

Legalizes the possession, manufacture, use, delivery, transfer, transport or
administration of marihuana by a certified patient or designated caregiver for
a certified medical use; prescribes procedures for such possession,
manufacture, etc. including certification of patients by their practitioner,
and that, in the practitioner`s professional judgment, the serious condition
should be treated with the medical use of marihuana; provides that possession
or manufacture of marihuana shall be lawful under these provisions provided
that the marihuana possessed does not exceed twelve plants and a total
aggregate weight of two and a half ounces; directs the department of health to
monitor such use and promulgate rules and regulations for registry
identification cards; provides for reports by the department of health to the
governor and legislature on the medical use of marihuana; further provides for
application to other laws.

TITLE OF BILL: An act to amend the public health law and the general
business law, in relation to medical use of marihuana; and providing
for the repeal of certain provisions upon expiration thereof

PURPOSE OR GENERAL IDEA OF BILL: Allows patient to use marihuana to
treat a serious illness under medical supervision.

The legislature finds that thousands of New Yorkers have serious medical conditions that can be improved by medically-approved use of marihuana. The law should not stand between them and treatment necessary for life and health. This legislation follows the well-established public policy that a controlled substance can have a legitimate medical use. Many controlled substances that are legal for medical use (such as morphine and steroids) are illegal for any other use. The purposes of article 33 of the public health law include allowing legitimate use of controlled substances in health care, including palliative care. This policy and this legislation do not inany way diminish New York state's strong public policy and laws against illegal drug use, nor should it be deemed in any manner to advocate, authorize, promote, or legally or socially accept the use of marhuana for children or adults, for any non-medical use. This legislation is an appropriate exercise of the state's legislative power to protect the health of its people under article 17 of the state constitution and the tenth amendment of the United States constitution. It is the legislative intent that this act be implemented consistently with these findings and principles, through a reasonable and workable system with appropriate oversight, evaluation and continuing research.

There are many disasters of political policy in the history of the American Government. One of them being Prohibition. An amendment was drafted and signed onto the Constitution and was later abolished due to the fact that laws to not determine behavior. People will do what they want, regardless of any laws. This is an obvious mistake. The only results of a prohibition law is a black market for the product, and a stigma attached to the product, which generally results in more use.

Prohibition of drugs has turned into a War on Drugs, mostly on marijuana, in this 70 year prohibition of marijuana and over 90 years for harder drugs, and constantly changing with new drugs that have been discovered. This has cost our government Trillions of dollars, and an estimated $40 Billion per year through state and federal funding. That money inevitably comes from our pockets. What has happened from this? Are drugs gone, or anywhere near being gone. Anyone who has ever bought drugs, and the estimated 15 million at least monthly marijuana smokers in America will tell you that isn't going away. Those figures do not include the cost of incarceration of drug offenders.

Due to the fact that trade of marijuana and most all drugs are illegal, it has fueled an international black market. These cartels and factions are violent, countries are run by them. Look at Columbia. I've met innocent Columbians about their country. It is a war zone they say, where the police are so corrupt, and those in the factions will do anything from rape women, to simply shooting a man for no reason. This is all because of the lack of regulation and the criminalization of cocaine here in America and abroad.

No regulation or estimation has been done by the Federal government for illicit drug trade. How are we supposed to fight a war without knowing we're winning. Just blindly swinging our arms and catching the random drug smuggler, or user. We have no idea how much drugs are coming into, out of, or are being made right here in the United States. All we know is who law enforcement catches, and that tally. But for example, it's widely known that during Pot Growing raids times police will weigh an entire plant as well as the pot full of soil, claiming all the plant has THC the main ingredient of Marijuana. But marijuana is defined by Websters, Wikipedia, and other on and off-line encyclopedias to be just the "Flowering tops of the female Cannabis plant."
So basically the buds are all you sell, and a big pot of soil can weigh many more times than the plant. So we cant really say the estimates from drug seizures are not a good help for guessing even roughly the amount of drugs in this country.

With eradication forces of the DEA, traveling to the barren opium fields of Afghanistan and the Mountainous Coca Plant Regions of Bolivia and Columbia and destroying crops of the illegal nature. But to a blind eye, this would seem good. The cowboys at the DEA wrustlin' up some international drug cartels and blowing up fields of drugs. But there may be a few rich folks that run the operation, evil in the sense that all business men are. The majority of people who work with processing cocaine, and extracting opium are poor people who can't find another decent job to feed their family.

As there will always be an insatiable urge in society by some to use drugs, why not fulfill that? It has proven to be more detrimental to our society to fight drugs and try to eliminate them then to just have drugs.

Final Episode of the Sopranos!

Holy shit man, all these years.....it's over. The Sopranos Series Finale is going to air tonight on HBO. A lot of people have voiced their speculation and certain groups have gone as far as taking bets for who will die, etc.

So it looks like it's Paulie and Tony vs the world. Good thing Paulie Walnuts is one "nutty" fuck.

I've been into Sorpanos for a long time, i've missed one new episode since I started watching, I can't get enough. I've seen pretty much every episode, and i'm not bragging like i'm some Sopranos nerd, it's just I really can't get enough. A friend has the DVD's plus with HBO On-Demand I can watch anytime and all the episodes in order. It's possibly the best show ever on television.

Now what's the deal you ask? Is it really over? Supposedly yes. But I have my doubts, honestly I think they're going to curve a super-dramatic ending and they will make a prerequisite for a movie. If not that, I don't doubt David Chase's imagination will entertain all of us.

As long as what Howard Stern said would happen, doesn't. Stern said that during the
last season when Tony was in a coma and he was dreaming he was "Kevin Finnity" which I didn't get, because he wasn't Kevin Finnity, he just had his suitcase and looked like him. Too odd for reality if you ask me. And anyways, "Kevin Finnity" is the REAL person, and Tony Soprano's life was just a sick fantasy for Finnity....sounds weird, because it is. Anyways that would make me want to kill David Chase if that happened.

So you you like the Sopranos, I suggest you watch tonight. I know I will be.

I like the Doors. Heard a funny thing on Sunday night on the radio. Claim Ray Manzareck of the Doors wasn't too sure Jim Morrison was dead. All the French death certificate said was, Heart Stopped. Well no shit you're heart stops when you die.

No one that knew Jim saw the casket, it was sealed. And it's just a eerie series of events surrounding his death. I suggest you look it up.

NY has a few great things not found anywhere else. Great pizza, take-out, delis, and food in general. The best summers in the world. A great city, and great amounts of untamed wilderness.

Questioning the unquestionable.

Since this blog is supposed to be me typing my thoughts and ideas to the public eye. I feel this topic in it's essence is the idea of questioning what you have been taught, and "think outside the box" (okay i only used that cliche because it's the only thing i could come up with, and i hate it ive heard it so many times, just the Business-esque commericals alone, it's enough to drive a man insane. anyfucks...) through that understanding try to interpret what the subject matters of this post imply.

The use of drugs is frowned upon, and seemingly it is rightfully so. Drugs are addictive, fuel a violent and lucrative black market, and are associated with the downside of society. But if we look at drugs from a neuropsychiatric point of view, as well as a general psychological point of view the drug's effect on your mind and body we see it in a different light.

Yes it is true, alcoholism is a problem, drug abuse is a problem, but it's only a small percent of the population that has an "addictive personality." Roughly 10%. I'll not debate the idea of addiction as a disease for now, but for the rest of us recreational and moderate use of almost every drug is considered harmless. But is this not only harmless but positive?

We look at our lives and we have what you can call the "human experience." As beings of intellect and imagination, we experience many things and rationalize them however we as individuals want to. Such as our sensory perception of the pleasant smell of the rose, it pleases our senses by releasing certain neurotransmitters. I'll spare you the psychology lesson. (Good thing you didn't catch me writing this high, i wouldn't spare ANYTHING, ask SBFL)

Just as the rose pleases your mind, drugs do the same thing in a sense. The release neurotransmitters, each drug releasing it's own making the drugs effect. Moderate use, and not abuse does no harm. This lets us experience new feelings and another level of consciousness, just as many non-substance induced experiences in life do. As we are beings locked into our own worlds, and life is mostly facades and to some fulfilling their life includes all levels of enjoyment. So is it illogical to say that drugs make our mind experience another part of life. Ultimately being part of our human experience.

This week, I think it's a little better to talk about stuff than jokes. Reading the week's biggest headlines, I gotta say....what that fuck is happening to our country?

First off i'll talk about the Republician political disaster at the GOP Debates. The hilarious things coming out of John McCain's mouth made for a hilarious Daily Show episode. Besides that I found that GOP is scared, they are trying to give false hope, a lot. It's sad really. Amidst all the scandals direction involving the republican party, and the Bush administration's failures, the GOP as Desi Arnez as Ricky Ricardo would say "Gou Got a lot of 'splainin to do!" But it's not like would say the Democratic Debates were better, honestly, they have the advantage. But I don't like Hilary and Barrack Obama, they work like typlical demographic grabbing politicans, as opposed to a person who knows what's best for this country. But the sad fact is one of those 2 will be President. And it's funny thoughout this the fact that Barrack Obama is black and Hilary Clinton is a woman has shown itself little throughout the news, but I guess it's kind of obvious.

On other more prevalent topics, Hugo Chavez of Venezuela threatened Bush last week that agents of a gang, more or less under his command which according to the AP has over 3000 members already in the US, and would order them to attack if we invade Iran, which is something I ASSURE is going to happen. Very sadly, this will provoke the world which does not like us to retaliate, and we will lose lives. Hugo Chavez is a dangerous man, but oddly he had sent troops and supplies to Katrina victims 48hrs sooner than Federal troops and supplies were ordered to the area by Bush. Although he knew about the levies, he didn't care. Even the Canadian Mounted Police had sent men and supplies before the feds were there! He also paid for hundreds of poor Americans heating oil and gave very cheap oil to hundreds of others this past winter. Bush has placed tax embargoes from Venezuelan oil. CITGO an oil company that works with Venezuela oil, has higher gas prices as an affect from those embargoes, look at your local gas stations, I promise CITGO is higher than most if not all. It is here.

Bush has no reason to invade Iran. We're being lied to just like with Iraq, and this will be a war against a country with one of the largest armies in the area, and it's almost assured we will face N. Korean troops in Iran as well. And thousands of terrorists will fight there, our entire army will be in another country, leaving our homeland venerable. Bush would love a terrorist attack, despite his meaningless rhetoric. Think about it, his approval ratings are only up after terrorist attacks.

We are possibly starting WWIII and most people aren't aware of it, i'm trying to do my part to enlighten the world. We need peace, and policy.

The drug war is a smaller example of horrible GOP policy. Since "Reefer Madness of the late 1930's after prohibition we have wasted over 1 trillion dollars. Nixon officially proclaimed a "War on Drugs" when 2 things happened. The Control Substance Act of 1970 was signed by Congress, and he created a new Bureaucracy called the DEA. For the last 10 years we waste 40 billion dollars per year in just law enforcement against drug users and dealers. Most of which are not criminals in any other respect of the law.

The Drug War is a massive policy failure, many times the cost of prohibition. If you include the 2.5 million people in this country that are imprisoned for drug offenses, that's a costly war. Not just economically, but socially. It has in my opinion created a violent and competitive black market that reaches across the globe. An estimated $400 billion dollar a year business. An industry that fuels a large law enforcement industry. A big factor in the exsistance in the drug war to this day is law enforcement. It gives them more to do, and that means more money.

But in this sick, depressing, and often crazy world we live in humor is one thing we can all turn to and just laugh. One of the best in all the spectrum's of human emotion and experience. So here are my jokes of the week.

Virginia Tech Shooting and Gun Control

First i'd like to preface this blog by saying several things. First I used to live in Blackburg, Virginia less than a mile from campus. I used to walk through the area this horrible event took place in, almost daily. I used to hear the screams from the Football Stadium when I listened out the window. I know VT is a good school, filled with intelligent young people, full of promise, and it would be the second to last school I would think something like this would happen, New Paltz being the first.

Also I am an Independent, with some conservative views, some liberal views, some radical on both spectrum's of political orientation.

I'd also like to say despite the comments I will make, I still give my heart out the families and friends of the people who died.

Now on to the politics of the situation. This was apparently a homicidal, suicidal, emotionally upset person according to the media, and we really wont know the psychology behind this guy for a few days until the suicide note is out verbatim. But from what I know it describes the debauchery of American Society, and a hatred and for "rich kids." The spectrum of possibilities my or anyone's psychoanalysis for this person is endless with such vague words.

But who knows what this person may or may not be subject to in their own mind. Honestly do we as a society care more than to add another case to the textbooks? No, we don't.

The important issue on the front pages, and News Channels is Gun Control. The 2nd amendment states simply every American has the right to bare arms. In other words, have a gun. But through legal loopholes, and events that give the left justification left for "control" the trade of firearms in this country. I'm sure we'll all hear that this event at VT will give the left even more reason to create even more gun control laws. But why? Was this event made possible because of gun control or a lack there of?

You can argue two things, one for the left, "This event would not have happened if stronger gun control laws were in place" and two for the right, "This event would not have happened if guns were allowed at VT, and someone had a chance to defend themselves with a firearm." Neither of these arguments are really any good, because the event did happen, and probably other similar situations will arise regardless of laws. If guns are being made, guns will be sold. You can also make a gun fairly easily if you truely desired. A crude one it may be but its the bullet that does all the damage.

So this whole thing is going to bring us back to the silly argument "Do guns kill people, or do people kill people." Since a gun doesn't have a brain, and is made by people, it's easy to assume that people do the killings, guns are just the tool. You could kill someone with a knife, or a blunt object, or even your own two hands. So it's simply ridiculous to try and restrict the sale of guns simply for the purpose of saving lives, because it wont do any good. It will just fuel an illegal market, and make it difficult for the average citizen to obtain one for defense.

See a person with a desire to kill and no record can get a gun with is seemingly an arduous process, is actually an easy one to someone with motive. If you are considering buying a gun the psychology changes, and the task seems more arduous. Therefore the laws seem reverse effective, simply meaning crazy people get guns, and regular people don't.

We have guns in this world, and it's a sad fact, but it's a reality. We can't simply tell ourselves that gun control will work by blocking the noted "insane" and "criminal" from getting one. That is just lying to yourself. There is plenty of non-state recognized crazies out there, and potential criminals not in the "system."

But the right to bare arms is crucial for a society like ours. People were in debate about the 2nd amendment just as they are in today. Back then it was Federalists vs. Anti-Federalists. Today its the Right vs the Left. It's the idea of people being allowed to form militias which are deemed unnecessary by some people due the States individual National Guard units. How good is our national guard when they're being used in Iraq and Afghanistan? And on top of that, we should be divinely given the right to defend ourselves, our families, and our possessions with firearms.

In Switzerland not only is there little gun control, but there is a law stating all men over 18 must join the Swiss Army, and are given a handgun. They have one of the lowest murder rates in the world as of the late 1990's, and a very low crime rate. Much less than that in the United States.

Now I will get brief (finally) and state the many reasons I feel guns are important for people to know about, to have, and to be familiar with guns of all fashions.

- Defense of our lives, loved ones, possessions and homes.
- Protection in society against people who aim to kill (just like at Virginia Tech)
- Defense of our own government, ever heard of martial law? Power corrupts.
- Forming of militias, we live in an unpredictable world, and would it be so wrong to have many organized factions working against invaders as possible.
- In a post 9/11 world to protect society against terrorists.
- Law Enforcement cant be everywhere at once, so in extreme cases the people can control
- To stop illegal gun trade

We live in a society of extreme complexity. Free choice and a lack of culture leads us to these social problems, which manifest in events similar to that at VT, and Texas A&M in the 60's, Columbine, and Waco in the 90's. It's a price to pay for the society we live in. Some attribute it to god and his wrath. I personally feel it's an inevietable phenomenon of Democratic Republics in which we live, where free trade is permitted, and illegal trade is abundant, regardless of laws.

Why TMNT is not the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles!

There is a new movie coming out, "TMNT." A CG animation feature about the adventures of the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles. But i'm here to say, fuck you TMNT you have ruined the Ninja Turtles legacy almost as bad as Ninja Turtles III did!

To understand why the new 3D animated movie is not true to the Ninja Turtle fashion, you have to think back, to 15 years ago. About the time the Ninja Turtles movie came out, When the Ninja Turtles craze had infiltrated the children of our nation lives. We had a cartoon, countless toys, a breakfast cereal, and all the wonderful commercial and material things that come with a fad. This was a phenomenon of massive proportions. Unlike today, where ninja turtles is nothing more than a Saturday TV show. The movie is a lame excuse to get 2 tickets per fan, one kid, one parent. A money scheme that means nothing to the children of today.

The REAL Ninja Turtles movie in 1989 was clouded by the suspense in the young eyes of the coolest generation, generation X! We had all been wondering when it would come out, what would live action ninja turtles look like?! We didnt have no CG! We had Jim Henson puppet suits, and Corey Feldman voice acting. A beautiful thing.

If you watch the original Ninja Turtles movie, you get a good feeling from watching it. But at the time same you feel informed by the social statement the movie makes. The late 80's and Early 90's were a tough time in NYC. Crime plagued the city, it's famous Time Square was nothing more than a hooker hangout, the streets lined with sex shops and crackheads. Ninja Turtles was the metaphor for vigilant crime fighters in NYC that changed it all. Shredder being the emphasis of crime. And don't forget the best Pizza on the Planet!

Over all what I'm trying to say is; why try and take a good thing, and make it better? For money? Ninja Turtles was no more about money back then, as it is now, but at least 15 years ago it was not just a fad for the children across the country, but a lifestyle. Children today don't understand the anticipation we felt when the Ninja Turtles movie came out, was intense. Today it's just another pre-fab 3D animated movie. Think about this before you think a modern day ninja turtles is "cool."

My Interview with High Times

High Times is never going to interview me, so i'm going to interview myself, pretending to be High Times.

HT: Hey Justin, You sure know your stuff about buds, what first got you interested in that seductive mistress Mary Jane

JM: Honestly, D.A.R.E, thats right, the one you take if 5th grade, 5th and 6th for me, thats right I took it twice. I moved in between those years. But they had this video, I wasn't really paying attention to the dialog, but I saw these kids smoking pot and this magical stork, like the Vlassic Pickle one, brought these kids up to this place of clouds and rainbows. Ever since, I've wanted to toke.

HT: So when did you actually first smoke pot?

JM: Well, I was 13, and my older cousin (21 at the time) kept going outside and trying to hide something from me. I saw him smoke a bowl, and I said "What's that?" He explained it was marijuana, and I asked to hit it, and he gave me a shotty from the bowl my first hit. I fuckin got high because he told me to hold it in, and I smoked that shit right. Shit thats the only reason some people don't get high their first time, they have no clue what the fuck their doing.

HT: Interesting...What's the best Bud you ever smoked?
JM: Well, I suppose it's a close race between several buds. I've had Fresh and I mean FRESH Sour Diesel, Blueberry Kush, and REAL Haze, and it's a tie. Each one does it's own great qualities. But the Sour Diesel has that punch you in the face first hit that is just something no other weed I have ever smoked can claim. Although the Haze and B.Berry Kush were both very good. But that fuckin Sour D, can't hide the smell no matter what.

HT: Yeah Diesel strains really are catching attention in the Counter-Culture, is there any Herb you'd like to try?
JM: I keep hearing about this OG Kush shit out Westward, sounds good. Those Cali dudes know their shit. But I have never had G-13, I've heard it brings you into another world. Gotta try that.

HT: Do you prefer to smoke Hydro or Soil grown Herb?
JM: Well fuckin A, thats easy....ORGANIC SOIL! Best taste, smoother, no pops and fizzles. Beautiful.

HT: Have any good weed stories for our readers?
JM: Well when I first got my license I went to a friends and the three of us went to the kid's uncles house who he knew smoked some killer shit. He ended up getting a gram of it from his uncle, then he snuck back into his house and stole 5 more nice big buds of what happened to be White Widow. And oh man, I haven't had too much killer bud at that point and we smoked that shit out of a 4 ft bong. Smoked a whole shitload of it, and I drove down the highway back to my house and ended up going the wrong way for about 2 hours, haha. Or another time I smoked 6 blunts with 6 people in 1 car. It was so crazy I couldn't light a lighter, see the person next to me, or breath haha.

Bush Administration, The War in Iraq and The War on Terror

First off i'd like to say that the only way we can achieve peace in this world is to fight the war mongers with personal restratint from our natural violent nature as humans. We have lost 3000 American Soliders, and killed estimated numbers of Iraqi's and Afgans, that range from 30,000 to 200,000. This war is pointless and serves the good of few, and injures the lives of many.

We're in a war, and its been almost 4 full years in Iraq, and over 5 years in Afghanistan. Both are for false reasons, and we were lied to and it has been proven all justification for the war was a lie, and both wars have not made us safer from terrorists. This "War of Spreading Democracy and End Terrorism and Tyrnany." (Commonly refered to as "War on Terror") is rumored to have so far cost our government 1 Trillion Dollars. Our Federal Government (And I mean OUR federal government) is raking in taxes more than ever, yet spending on defense is ridiculously high. I'll explain why this is so as we continue. Oil and defense companies and their stock holders are making billions, while inflation of almost every consumer good and service prices has been at its worst level since the 1950's. Why is this all happening? It's all because of President Bush, VP Dick-head Chaney, Ex-SOD, Rumsfeld, George Sr, and all the other members of a small group of people that basically control the financial world.

The war Bush has created has 1 goal. Although each has an individual purpose, they both serve the same purpose. The first is money. Money is the root of it all. When our President gives no-bid contracts to companies like Haliburton, and United Defense, strips individuals of their basic liberties, gets a "Blank Check" from congress to spend as much money on war, you have to wonder why. Why would we spend all this money on an increasingly meaningless war? Well thats were the money part comes in.

You see President Bush, Bush Sr., Dick Chaney, Rumsfeld, etc., all have financial ties to all the companies which they give the money we are taxed. Companies like United Defense, and Halliburton. They all gain financially from this war. This information is public. On a more darker side, the "Brains" of the whole operation is Bush Sr. He was head of the CIA for nearly 20 years, US Ambassador to China, Vice President and President for a total of 12 years. This man is the most powerful person in the world, if you look at it from a financial and political perspective. Also he knows his shit when it comes to international politics and affairs. He was head of the CIA for goodness sake

Once at 3am on C-Span there was a man speaking at NYU. His name was Matt Perry (no not the drunk pillhead from FRIENDS.) He had 4 years experience working with Israeli intelligence. He also was very involved into politics his whole life. He had explained that after the fall of the Soviet Union, Bush Sr. and his cronies knew that many factions world try to rise and take control of energy sources, and general governmental power, etc. Due to this during the Bush Sr. administration a organization was formed. The public goal of this company is noted to and I quote, "...to spread Democracy and regime change throughout the world by means of force."

This organization according to Mr. Perry wants to basically change the regimes of any country, and place puppets into Government. For example Hamed Karzi the Interim president of Afghanistan was a lobbyist for Halliburton before his recent political career. (Mind you afghanistan is a large, country with rough terrain, that because of Taliban rule, was unaccessable to companies like Halliburton for oil pipeline building) This pipeline was never built before 2001, and the Taliban (mostly Pakistani Muslims) would not allow the building. The horrific and tragic events of 9/11 gave Halliburton's Bitches (Dick Chaney, Rumsfeld, etc.) the oppertunity to take out the Taliban because of the proven links with Al-Queda.

Immediately after the US controlled Government of Afghanistan was formed, one of the first acts of government was the allowance of the building of the Caspian Sea Pipeline. The Caspian Sea pipeline is used to take oil from the Caspian Sea (one of the large oil deposits in the world) and refine it in Asia for sale in the fast growing, and prosperous nations of Asia. Mostly China. The money that will be made from this over the next 25 years is estimated at 5 trillion dollars. And besides, you're "killing two birds with one stone" when you make money for Halliburton and the numerous other oil and defense companies too.

This plan of the Bush Administration is becoming increasingly evident. These people have a blank check. People like Hugo Chavez who speaks out against Bush is considered a terrorist, anyone who doesn't agree with Bush is a terrorist. That is how they want it. It will give them easy justification to spend our tax dollars for their lucrative causes.

The reason Bush and fellow neo-conservatives say there is a never ending war out there we much attend to, with all possible resources is ridiculous. The idea that this small group of rich, politically savy, and wealthy people have is to take over the business world. What held them back for the last decade was President Clinton. Now there is no hope, Bush due to the ignorant signing of the Patriot Act has unlimited power over our military. Congressional insight is not needed for war. If these people manipulate our government as such to change the regimes of countries they feel they should control.

If you think this is some cracked up conspiracy, think of this. Number 1, Bush's power is greater than any President ever due to a republican Congress and Senate following Bush's agenda. Secondly two, well almost two, administrations both of Afghanistan and Iraq are being placed with Bush friendly leaders. Thirdly Bush has cared little of his own country, don't forget Katrina, the economy is only good for people that are already rich. The separation of the poor and wealthy is getting bigger everyday. Our huge surplus is now an even bigger deficit. Bush's well know Business buddies are doing extremely well.

Speaking of Katrina and the poor. It was in a major publication that Barbara Bush said, and i'm paraphrasing here "oh those poor black people live in such horrible conditions that living in the superdome is like a luxury to them." and we all know how that went.

Overall I just want to say, do whatever you can to stop this madman from his and his buddies goal. To be very rich at our expense. The evidence is clear, and we must get our newly elected leaders of Legislative government to rise up and impeach Bush. I wouldn't be surprised if he declared Marshall law on us. Speak up, rally in the streets. There must be a way to get the man who leads our country but doesn't read a newspaper or watch the news to find out the angst against him. FIGHT for our freedoms, this is The United States of America, we run this bitch, and we have to let the leaders of our government know this.

First real snow of the year at home in Wallkill Ny. Makes me feel like a kid again, sitting up late at night and watching the snow fall against the porch light that's been there since I was 3. It lights up the snow on the surrounding hills. The many trees, including an old Oak over 100 feet tall, and as wide as my front yard, all glistened with the shimmering light that snow creates. What a wonderful sight. This makes the cold all worth while.

Okay, it's the first so it has to be a classic, something that wows the over stimulated peoples of the internet world. Hmmm. Well first I should explain who I am, and what my blog is all about. Will that excite you? Probably not. But fuck it here it is.

My name is Justin. I'm at the ripe age of 21, and I am currently in a relationship with a kick-ass, funny, and beautiful woman. Who is too hot for you to see! Mwhahaha, but seriously yeah. She has opened my life to many ideas which I've never had. Plus to share a dream with someone is a wonderful feeling. But seriously, the rest ain't yo beezwax fool!

I do not have a "job" per say. But I do go to auctions, flea markets, etc, and sell shit on eBay. Make a decent living. I like to consider myself a "practical-radical." I'm considered a "crazy person" by the status quo.

I am not a shy person, and enjoy social interaction in many forms. Mostly the inebriated form. But still, my anxiety has long since left me since my days of middle school. Once high school hit, BAM! I said "I don't fucking care anymore." Like an epiphany. But it, (it meaning my big fucking mouth and reacting thoughtlessly attitude) has caused me a lot of trouble. So lately I've been doing a lot of re-thinking about my life. I've set my ways, but now I want to make all that shit I put myself through work. Long story, and you probably would be a happier person without knowing.

I live in upstate New York, about 60 minutes from NYC. You would think that would make this place great, but it sucks ass. Near a fairly famous town called New Paltz, remember the gay marriages? That's cool with me. But I hate most hippies and a lot of god damn hippies live there.

I love music, I play the Guitar, I attempt to sing, and love listening to anything good. Whatever the fuck it may be. Concerts most certainly rock.

I am part of an increasingly growing group. The college drop-out. Although I did pretty well, averaged 3.67 my first semister, I tended to do excellent in classes where most people didn't do well, and in the common classes, I did mediocre. I went to college for about 2 years, and decided everything sucks that could come out of college as far as making me happy. I really could make more money otherwise, and not owe 250,000 Dollars to loaners. I'm considering a move into alternative energies, now would be the perfect time with the ass-raping energy companies in full ass-raping mode. They are offering a certification course for PV technology. I'm going to go, hopefully start a business. One step at a time, eh.

My college experience consisted of me learning what I wanted to. I took a Law class, a Critical Thinking/Logic Class, Political Sciences General Psych courses, english, etc. I enjoyed the logic class, because it takes everything in the media, and basically proves it's all crap. Plus it made me a master debater! Pun intended. Seriously I'm really good at both debating, and masturbating due to that class. But I would say it benefited me in many ways, certainly in my thought processes.

as my blog continues. Now to reveal the more exciting part, the part you have all been waiting for, the reason you read that fucking long ass selfish tirade I just went on. You'll learn that I am all over the fucking place, all the time.

Let me explain what my blog with have by saying this. The reason I decided to do a blog is because, while socializing with a motley crew of friends, one.....okay all of them mentioned I had an opinion on everything. Usually thats a bad thing, but they also said I actually had something to say, unlike most of the mentally disturbed people in the world with their crappy agendas.

I've been looking for a way to convey my ideas and opinions through the internet, but I am very non-conformist, but I hate saying cliche words. God damnit I sound like some dumbass emo kid.
But I assure you I hate emo.
